I provide a full range of HR services, with over 9 years as a Director/Manager/Supervisor, prior to hanging my shingle in March of 2016.  I advocate for continuous improvement, efficiency, team collaboration, operational innovation & technology integration to assure long-term sustainability.  Of utmost importance to me is ensuring ethical, fair, and consistent employee relations resulting in: increased employee engagement; retention; and, minimized legal exposure.  I have significant experience in integrating multiple HR information systems; HRIS, HCM, and ERP, resulting in improved efficiency, user satisfaction and corporate regulatory/legal compliance.  Exceptional knowledge of HR and Payroll disciplines, combined with the ability to effectively apply my knowledge, experience and continual education in a wide variety of employment environments, distinguishes Mountain House HRC from the competition and gives me the confidence to asses any challenge, and the wisdom to know what's beyond my capacity/your budget.

My most recent experience has involved the provision of HR Consulting services involving: wrongful terminations; unemployment claims; workers compensation; as well as FMLA/ADAAA non-compliance issues.  Engaged primarily by Mountain House Law Office representing clients with employment law issues including; constructive discharge, denied Unemployment claims/appeals, Workers Compensation, Collective Bargaining Agreement disputes and FMLA administrative issues, I have obtained an additional perspective on HR services.  While regulatory and legal compliance issues are commonplace within the HR profession, more often than not, HR services are segregated from legal departments or outside Counsel, with very little feedback, much less direct involvement in any particular issue/case.  My experience working directly with legal Counsel has significantly expanded the scope of my knowledge of both practical legal aspects of HR issues, as well as the perspective of such issues by Counsel.
