Depending on your needs, I offer an hourly rate, or a flat rate for certain services. I keep detailed logs of the time spent providing requested services. My time is recorded in fifteen minute increments and rounded down when in-between them. Work logs will be disclosed to clients upon request, pursuant to agreed-upon regular time-frames (i.e., weekly, monthly etc.). I make every effort to limit time spent to a bare minimum, without sacrificing quality or failing to maintain the professional standards as outlined by the Society of Human Resources Professionals. All initial consultations are free and completely confidential. You will not be billed prior to entering into a formal engagement agreement with Mountain House Human Resource Consulting.
